The Glen Shian site has become a dedicated rosé block, the lower acidity allowing it to ferment bone dry. This year’s fruit was direct-pressed to tank, and as is typical with this patch, the colour drops out leaving an elegant wine with lovely fruit weight.

The second component was out of an East Coast vineyard (in a generous year, some extra fruit became available). Also direct pressed to tank, a little more colour hung around in this ferment, contributing a little more texture as well. These were blended together after time on fine lees in tank.
